For groups of 8 or more, or for reservations that include private spaces or poker experiences, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposit details and timelines are clearly outlined during your reservation process.

Should your plans change, our team will work with you wherever possible to adjust guest numbers or timings within our availability.

Cancellations & timing

We kindly request advance notice for any changes or cancellations, particularly for larger groups and private events. This allows us to offer your table to guests on our waitlist and prepare the dining room thoughtfully.

Offline poker participation

All poker activity at HoldemAndHearth is strictly offline, cash-free, and designed solely as a social and skill-based experience. Seating is limited and must be reserved in advance as part of your booking.

Our hosts are present throughout the evening to guide play etiquette, ensure comfort, and maintain a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere.

Age requirements

Guests under 18 are welcome for dining experiences in designated areas and times, when accompanied by a responsible adult, in line with local regulations. Certain evening poker experiences and late-night events may be reserved exclusively for guests 18 and over.

If your booking includes younger guests, please note this in your reservation so we can recommend the most suitable timing and spaces.
